Supavut Industry Co., Ltd. (the "Company") recognizes the importance of protecting all personal data the Company receives, whether directly or indirectly. Therefore, this Privacy Policy has been established to explain how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the personal data of customers, partners, visitors, and users of the Company's website.

1. Personal Data Collected by the Company

Under the PDPA, Personal Data means any information relating to a person which enables the identification of such person, whether directly or indirectly, from that data alone or when combined with other identifiers the Company has or can reasonably access, but excluding the data of a deceased person. The Company may collect your personal data as follows :

  • Identity Data : First name, last name, ID card number, copy of ID card, information on business cards
  • Contact Data : Address, phone number, email, social media accounts
  • Financial Data : Bank account details, payment information.
  • Technical Data : IP Address, website usage data, device information used for access.
  • Other Data : Moving images, still images, and audio from CCTV cameras in the Company's premises, and responses to questionnaires, evaluations, and tests.

2. Purposes of Data Collection

The Company collects, uses, discloses, transfers, or processes your personal data through fair and lawful means, to the extent necessary to achieve the Company's objectives as follows :

  • Necessary for business operations, fulfilling contracts to which you are a party, or processing your requests before entering into a contract (e.g., ordering products, providing services).
  • Necessary for performing duties to carry out the Company's missions for public interest or performing duties in exercising state power granted to the Company, such as issuing tax invoices, accounting, and submitting data to government agencies.
  • Necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company or a third party, unless such interests are overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms
  • Necessary for the establishment, compliance, exercise, or defense of legal claims against you.
  • Necessary for compliance with legal obligations to which the Company is subject.
  • Necessary for safety, controlling access to factory premises, and maintaining security in information systems.

3. Disclosure of Personal Data

The Company may disclose or share your collected personal data to third parties to achieve the stated purposes. Third parties to whom the Company may disclose or share personal data may include :

  • Government agencies, regulatory bodies, or the judiciary

  • Hospitals

The Company assures you that we will not disclose your personal data to third parties except with your consent, to relevant service providers to achieve the Company's operational purposes, as required by law, or upon orders from government agencies.

Under the PDPA, you have the following legal rights regarding your personal data :

  • Right to Access : You have the right to access and request a copy of your personal data held by the Company, or request disclosure of the source of personal data obtained without your consent. The Company will process the request as soon as possible, not exceeding thirty (30) days from receiving the request.
  • Right to Data Portability : You have the right to request the Company to transfer your personal data to another person/organization, or request to see the data transferred to another person/organization, unless it cannot be done due to technical reasons.
  • Right to Object : You have the right to object to the processing of personal data, unless the Company has legitimate interests or it is for legal compliance, the exercise of legal rights, or the defense of legal claims.
  • Right to Erasure : You have the right to request the Company to delete, destroy, or anonymize your data if it is no longer necessary, you withdraw your consent, you object to the processing without a legal basis, or the data was unlawfully collected.
  • Right to Restriction of Processing : You have the right to request the restriction of processing while verification is ongoing, when data should be deleted but you request restriction instead, when it must be retained for legal claims, or while awaiting the rejection of an objection request.
  • Right to Rectification : You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data to ensure it is up-to-date and complete.
  • Right to Lodge a Complaint : You have the right to file a complaint if the Company processes data in violation of the PDPA.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent : You can withdraw your consent at any time. However, this may affect the goods or services you receive. If the Company requires additional information to verify your identity for exercising your rights, the Company will notify you.

6. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Company reserves the right to change, amend, or update this Privacy Policy at any time it deems appropriate. The Company will notify you of any changes through the Company's website, which you can review at any time.
